According to §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB we grant no right of withdrawal. Each product is personalized and handmade and therefore cannot be exchanged. The personalized goods are economically worthless to our firm since after they have been customized according to client specification and therefore cannot be resold.

If you´re not satisfied with a sketch of your picture, you will get a 70% refund of the price. 30% of the price covers personalized preparation of your picture and therefore, cannot be refunded.
